We are Founding a Christian Children’s Home 
Heritage Ranch is opening a Christian Children’s Home to serve boys ages 13-17, across the Greater Baton Rouge region, providing family-style housing, counseling and comprehensive case management, with the goal of family reunification.

     - A program modeled after best practices, Eagle Ranch (eagleranch.org), Wears Valley Ranch (wvr.org)
     - A solid faith and vision
     - A strong Board of Directors, Board of Advisors, Executive Director, and Staff
     - An emphasis on accountability, exhibited by LANO Standards of Excellence certification since 2007
     - A strong base of volunteer and community support
     - A strong financial foundation
     - A clearly established need for a residential children’s home in the community
     - A 501C3 tax exempt organization incroporated in the state of Louisiana
  
We are...Building a strong infrastructure
     - Increasing volunteer and financial support across Baker, Zachary, East Baton Rouge, and beyond
     - Facilitating a successful Capital Campaign to completely purchase the property
     - Furnishing and licensing the site to meet the needs of the youth
     - Preparing to hire the first house parent couple and identify the first boys to live in the Home
