Board of Advisors
The Heritage Ranch Board of Advisors is comprised of respected community members who desire to use their influence to see Heritage Ranch thrive and serve young people.

The Board of Advisors exist to:

• Utilize personal influence to expand knowledge of Heritage Ranch
• Open doors in the community for Heritage Ranch to expand support
• Publicly give their personal commendaton to Heritage Ranch

 

Board of Directors
The Heritage Ranch Board of Directors consists of members of the community who are passionate about seeing the lives of young people and their families improved.

Our board of Directors exists to:

• Guide Heritage Ranch in determining and implementing its mission through long and short range planning
• Set and monitor agency policies to ensure organizational integrity and effectiveness
• Expand knowledge of Heritage Ranch in the community
• Oversee and evaluate the performances of the Executive Director to ensure agency is being run soundly
• Fiscal oversight and accountability
• Provide spiritual wisdom and guidance for all decision making processes
