Board of Directors

	Adrian Nadeau, Board Chair Long Law Firm, Capital Partner Adrian has served on the Board since 2008 and was elected Chair in October 2011. Adrian became a partner at Long Law in 2008, specializing in construction litigation. He is an active member of the BR, LA, and American Bar Associations. Adrian and Carol Ann, his wife, have three daughters.
	Tom W. Cook, Vice Chair Cook, Moore, & Associates, Owner Tom has served on the Board since 2007. He is Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the Development Committee. He been an independent real estate appraiser for over 20 years and is the real estate columnist for the Baton Rouge Business Report. Tom and Carol, his wife, have four children.
	George Balhoff, Treasurer Postlethwaite & Netterville, Director George has served on the Board since 2008. He is Treasurer of the Board and Chair of the Finance Committee. George provides valuable financial expertise to the Ranch. George is very active at St. George. He and Sharon, his wife, have four children.
	William Spann Jr., Secretary Postlethwaite & Netterville, Human Resources Consultant Bill has served on the Board since 2010 and is currently Chair of the Human Resource Committee. Bill has over 45 years in the Human Resource arena. He and his wife, Janie, are very active at St. George. They have two children and four grandchildren.
	Donald Charlet, Jr. Owner, Charlet Brothers Construction & The Corbel Don, a resident of Zachary, joined the Board in December of 2011. He has owned Charlet Brothers and The Corbel since 1997. He is a member of the Zachary Chamber of Commerce and attends Plains Presbyterian with his wife Susan and their three children.
	Benny DiChiara DiChiara Creative, President Benny has served on the Board since 2010 and is Chair of the Marketing & Public Relations Committee. He has over a decade of experience and brings great value to the Ranch. Benny is married to Donna and they have four children. They are very involved in the community.
	Anderson “Andy” Dotson III First Assistant City Prosecutor, City of Baton Rouge/Parish of EBR & Managing Attorney, Dotson Firm Andy has served on the Board since 2010 and is Chair of the Nominations Committee. Andy has over 10 years of experience in litigating criminal and civil matters. He and his wife Melissa have two daughters.
	Nancy S. Foy Consultant Nancy has served on the Board since 2010 and is Chairman of the Program Committee. She owned a retail business in Baton Rouge for 20 years and has extensive experience working with youth. She is married with one daughter.
	Jeff Plauche Assistant Division Manager, Boh Bros. Construction Co., LLC Jeff joined the Board in January of 2012 and is serving as the Annual Giving Chairman. Jeff graduated from LSU with his MBA and has worked at Boh Bros. for 12 years. He is married to Mimi, has two kids, and attends St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
