Board of Advisors

	Princeton Bardwell Owner, Bardwell Land and Development Co. Princeton served on the Board of Directors for six years before his transition to the Board of Advisors in October 2011. Princeton has worked in real estate for over 40 years and served on numerous boards and committees. He and his wife Dadie attend First Presbyterian church.
	John Fetzer Owner, Crabapple Properties John began his career in law before entering the real estate development business in 1978. John and his wife, Glynda, formed Crabapple Properties in 1988 and have developed properties in Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana. John is a member of several industry boards.
	Melvin L. “Kip Holden Mayor-President, Parish of EBR Mayor Holden took office in January of 2005, becoming the first African-American Mayor in parish history. Holden had previous experience on the Metro Council and as a member of the Louisiana Senate and House of Representatives. He and his wife Lois Stevenson Holden have five children.
	Conville Lemoine Vice Chairman of the Board, Bank of St. Francisville Conville and his wife Polly are very active in their community. Conville served as Pres. of the West Feliciana School Board for 28 years, the American Red Cross Board for 5 years, and serves currently on the Capital Area United Way Board and W. Feliciana Young Life Committee.
	Louis “Bill” Peters Founder, Peters Wealth Advisors Bill began his career as Vice President and Trust Officer at Louisiana National Bank. In 1982, he established Peters Financial Services. He serves on the LSU Fdn. Advisory Council, Mary Bird Perkins Fdn. Board, and Board of the Dunham School. He and his wife Cherie are members of the Chapel on the Campus.
	Milford “Mike” Wampold III CEO, Wampold Companies Mike began his career with CJ Brown as a commercial real estate broker, before founding Wampold Companies in 1981. Mike serves on the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition Board, Tiger Athletic Foundation Executive Board, Fellowship of Christian Athletes Advisory Board and several others.
	John Williams Retired Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home Executive Director John currently serves as Administrator for First Baptist Church of Baton Rouge. He has served as Chair of the LSU Board of Supervisors and Baton Rouge Community College Management Board. John is married to Sue Ellen.
